Credit card account paid by direct debit each month

Hi - new to QB!!

I have a company credit card and the monthly balance is paid off automatically via direct debit.

How do I deal with the downloaded bank transaction to 'pay off' the transactions in my credit card account?

I'm going round in circles at the moment!!

Hello CarolynManzoku, welcome to the Community page.

To record this payment on the banking page, you would need to do it as a transfer. 

If you click on the transactions click on the drop-down of where is says deposit and change it to transfer, make sure all the other information is filled in, then click add then go to the other accounts transactions in for review and it will say match and if you click on the match it will show the money moving out of the bank and in to the credit card.
