CSV Import - Additional Field Mappings for Invoice Email, Shipping Date, Sales Order

We are just in the process of migrating to Quickbooks online and setting up CSV invoice imports. In the main this is working well and I've got all key fields mapped correctly. Is it possible to also import Customer Invoice Email Address, Shipping Date and Sales Order?

And if so, what do I need to name the headers?

Also, how can I tell the importer that our date format is always D/MM/YYYY and that our prices are always exclusive of tax. Having to manually set those every time we do an import is slightly annoying.

Hi richardhorne,

I'm pleased that's working smoothly for you.

At the moment it is not possible to add additional columns to the CSV template file as there is not a field to map this to when importing.

There is also no function to set the date and default tax rate selection for the importer.

You can leave feedback for these features by going to the Gear icon > Feedback within the account, this will go directly to the software developers and may be implemented in a future update :)

Thanks
