Currently setting up a new company in QBO. When I switch to Cash Accounting I get an Application Error -90

Thanks for bringing this up, adrian6.

The application error- 90 occurs when there's an issue updating Company Information such as switching your accounting method to Cash Accounting.

If you can reach out to the master admin and ask them to change the accounting method.

If they also get  the error get back to me here. Keep safe and have a good one!

Can we ask you to try clearing the cache and cookies in the browser?

Are you the master admin on the firm?

If you still get the same message can you reply with a screenshot of the error attached to the post.

I have cleared the cache as you recommended.

 

I am not the master admin on this account. I am subscribed to it via my accountant's firm

 

I still get the error
