Customer can't open emailed invoice
Customer receives email from myself with invoice attached through from my QB application. Customers try to open email invoice link and it either says unavailable or the invoice button seems frozen. I have proof sent to myself. On opening email the link for the invoice freezes but multiple presses it finally opens.
Ive had these issues multiple times over the last month. Ive checked the community pages and there always seems to be somebody complaining of the same with QB response saying its being dealt with and in mean time to export PDF or tell customer to address their browsers. The whole point of me using QB is to save time and improve efficiency and to look PROFESSIONAL. Not to have to explain multiple times to customers that the company im paying to send my invoices is not currently working.
Sort it out QB or you will find people like me will start looking elsewhere.
