Customer Name on Invoices

Hi, in using Quickbooks online. Does anyone know if it is possible to supress the printing of the customers name on invoices? I know I can delete the customer name in the customer record but, I want to keep the contact name for record purposes but don't want it displayed above the Company Name when the invoices are printed....any ideas?

Hi RobW1, There is no way to remove the customer name from the invoice. It will not let you create an invoice without a customer name and that field is not removable from being displayed in the template either. The only you could do would be to have a generic customer name for all the customers in payee and use classes or a custom field which will both show on reports for the customer name as they are both things you can display or not to the customer on the invoice but will show in QuickBooks and in reports. We welcome other suggestions from the Community.
