Customise email

Having looked at advice I can’t work out how to customise my email for invoices. I use the mobile app on iphone. Apparently there is a settings “cog” but I can’t find it. Can you advise

Let me provide further details to help change your email address, @Emu1.

 

If you're QuickBooks Self-Employed, we can customise the email address in your invoice Work Info. 

 

Let me show you how;

 

  1. Proceed to Invoices from the left menu. 
  2. Select Create invoice at the upper right.
  3. In the invoice page, click Edit work info. 

  4. In the Email field, enter the correct email address.
  5. Click Save.

Hi Emu1, thanks for joining the Community - these settings are only able to be edited via the web version, where you'll find the cog located in the top right-hand corner. The web version can be accessed from any device, and is supported on Safari for iOS and Chrome for Android.

I’ve found the cog now thank you. But it does not seem to bring up any means of changing the E Mail.
