Customising Invoice Template

I have already imported a custom template for my invoice which works well. However, I would like to add a further column with 'per unit' information. For example, this column would tell the customer how many screws are in the packet they are purchasing 'Qty = 1' 'Per Unit = 500'.

Is this possible?

Hi CFirth

You can add custom fields on your invoice within QuickBooks if you have a plus product create a new invoice > small opaque gear cog icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to the right of the question mark icon >  +Add another field > enter a name.

You would then have to edit the invoice template you created to include the additional field and re-import and re-map it.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately I have already used the 3 custom fields that are available to Advice Note No., Customer Order No. and Sales Rep Name. Is there anyway of getting around it?

Hey CFirth,

Unfortunately three is the maximum number of custom fields you are able to apply to a sales form. For further customization options please leave feedback by going to the Gear icon > Feedback :)
