Darn upload failure error message

I'd be glad to help you upload your file to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). First, I'd like to know what error code you've encountered when uploading a file? This will give me an idea on what is the best resolution I can provide to you.

For now, if you're getting some glitch when uploading, you can perform the browser troubleshooting method. This is done to eliminate data-related issues. 

You can start by using an incognito browser and try to upload the file again. If it goes well, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. If not, you can use another browser as an alternative.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to access a private browser:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: ⌘ + Option + P
