Dashboard widgets not updating correctly!

Started with Income not updating Open Invoice figure correctly. Regardless of new Invoice raised or payment received. Today 1st Nov I realise that the whole widget is not updating anything at all!

Also Account Receivable is showing no data at all and just a grey doughnut chart.

Let's ensure to update the widgets successfully in your QuickBooks Online (QBO), sjgnet.

 

For now, I suggest starting by refreshing your browser. If the issue persists, try opening your browser's private window. This will isolate the cache, which is often the cause of unusual behaviors.

 

Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

 

If that works, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, open an alternative browser that's available for you.
