DESKTOP ONLINE TOOL

I am trying to use the on line tool link, sent to me when we moved from Desktop to Xero.

 

The link should work but doesn't, this is the error message that I have received.:

 

We are unable to sign you in. There may be an issue with your system configuration.

Make sure your browser has Javascript and cookies enabled. If the problem persists you can clear your cache and cookies and then restart your computer, or try using a different browser.

For more help, please contact customer support and reference code 25625.

 

My IT guys have checked the javascript and cookies, they said the problem is with QB.

 

Can anyone help, I need to retrieve some files urgently?

You can use the trial version of QB Desktop for good if required.

Hello DW2662, thanks for posting on the Community page, We have tested the tool and it is working we tried it on chrome. Can you try it on a different browser and see if it then works for you. Fiat Lux, is kind of right, you could use the trail but that is not really the point of it as it is just for a one off kind of thing and not for good as they have put it as. The tool is what you should be using more to get your information.

I have tried it on Chrome, as did my IT guys, but it didn't work, neither did Firefox or Edge.

Hello DW2662, thanks for trying that, I am presuming you are using this link and you have an intuit log in you can use to sing in with and at what point on that link I sent are you getting the error message? Have you uploaded the file? Loading the file? Before you upload the file?
