Did keyboard shortcuts change again??

I used to be able to tab forward to start a new line item while invoicing. Now today I go to begin on my pile of multiple 100+ line item bills, and when I tab forward at the end of one line to begin another it instead jumps to the "add lines" "clear all lines" "add subtotal" boxes, forcing me to have to use my mouse to click into a new line item each and every time. I honestly might lose my mind if they cant fix this. What is going on? I have signed in and out and refreshed and even restarted my computer and it keeps doing it, so this has to be something they updated. Please send help

This type of issue can be caused by browser cache and cookies as they can prevent the system from functioning effectively. I encourage you to refer to the following steps to complete some browser troubleshooting.

  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Its not a shortcut thats gone, when you tab along in item entry line it goes from the end of the current line to the boxes at the bottom of the screen completely missing the next entry line below

    I'm having the exact same problem and the usual 'copy and paste' response from QB about clearing cookies and cache makes no difference.

     

    Its a frustrating issue as it now takes longer to add multi-item transactions as you now have to use the mouse to go to the next line rather than just the tab key.

     

    Can you sort this error QB?

    i've came here to see if anyone else is having the same issue as me and sure enough on the top of the first page i have looked at it's right there, has anyone came up with a fix for this?
