Do we need to upgrade our QuickBooks if it's running very slow? Or we just need to update something ? Any help, much appreciated.

I'm trying to download some invoices from different reports and it is taking so long...

QuickBooks performance is unrelated to the subscription plan; to troubleshoot any browser issues that may be causing lag, please access via a private browsing window (press Ctrl + Shift + N to open in Google Chrome or MS Edge) or check out our guide here with tips to improve speed 🏃‍♂️

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
