Docx Fields not working correctly

Ive tried to import numerous docx templates into QuickBooks Online but the Due Date, Terms and Item does not pull through and i just have blank gaps - any advice please?

I recognize the convenience of importing invoice templates such as due dates and terms in QBO. However, this option is unavailable in the UK.
