Does any one know why I can’t send my invoices from the app. When I send invoice it just send me out of the app

The QuickBooks system may occasionally exhibit unusual behavior due to synchronization or latency issues, which is a possible cause of your app's damaged data, Stuart. Clearing the application's data can be an effective solution to troubleshoot these errors. Here are the steps to take:

 

For Android:

 

  1. From the Menu, tap More options ⋮.
  2. Hit Settings and Refresh Data
  3. After that, select Yes to confirm. 

 

Once done, try sending invoices again. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
