Does anybody else have issues with their entire keyboard stopping working whilst using Quickbooks online?

It doesn't happen every single time but it is always while I am mid-typing in Quickbooks, usually in the description area of an invoice, and it then stops my keyboard working everywhere else - I have to restart the computer to use it again. My browser is Chrome.

We have had no other reports of this issue,  I would suggest trying to clear your  cache and cookies and see if that helps your issue, this link will help you.
