Does anyone else have internal server error code when submitting vat return?

For now, we can try performing some trouble shooting steps. A cache full of history and temp files can cause unexpected behaviors, such as getting an error while submitting VAT. To rule this out, log in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. 

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:

• Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once you're in, try submitting vat return again. If it's now working well, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to start over fresh. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.
