Question

Does anyone have a workaround? The ability to remove attachments is no longer working. The "x" is not visible in the attachment box, regardless of which browser I use.

I often copy a bill, remove the old attachment and replace it with the new one. Now I have to recreate the entire bill again.

Hello tangonovemberbravo,  The issue with x not being visible is currently being fixed by our engineers. We can add your company to those affected so you get an email as soon as it is fixed. You can untick the box not to include the old one in the transaction and add in the new one as a workaround for the moment.

Thanks for responding so quickly Emma. However I don't understand the workaround solution, which box would I untick? There is no box visible to tick or untick.

Hello tangonovemberbravo, If you look at the attachment section on the invoice it has the old attachment but no tick box within that box to the left of the name of the attachment? Could you post a screenshot just of that section?
