Does anyone know why i am getting 404 page not found error, when trying to Add receipts

i used to be able to snap my receipts wth my mobile and send them

Before we can proceed to address your concern, may I ask if you've tried uploading receipts to a web version of your QBO account? If you haven't, I recommend uploading them using the web version of QuickBooks. If you're unable to proceed, I suggest clearing your app's data to refresh it. To begin, here's how you can clear your app's data:

 

Mobile App:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online Mobile app, select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose the Refresh Data menu.
  3. Tap Yes.

 

For Android devices, here are the steps:

 

  1. Go to Settings and then select Apps.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online and then click on Storage.
  3. Select Clear Data.

 

If you have an iOS device, the following are the steps to follow:

 

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Choose Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh.
