How do I start downloading my disk to my laptop?

Let’s get started with downloading the new QuickBooks Pro 2020 onto your laptop. First, you’ll want to make sure the PC meets the QB System Requirements.

 

Second, follow the steps below to install QuickBooks to your second computer:

 

  1. On your new PC please install QuickBooks.
  2. Go back to the old desktop and create a backup copy of your company file.
  3. Copy the backup file to your new one using a flash drive or other external device or through a network, if they're connected.
  4. Locate restore the backup on the new laptop.

I purchased Quick Books 2020 Yesterday on line. I was unable to download it. I have paid for it and need to get it downloaded and installed.

You'll need to download it from here - https://downloads.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/products

 

You'll need the license number and product key you have on the email you should have received. If you did not get an email or are having issues then you will need to then call 0808 168 9535 and the desktop team can go through the installation and retrieval of license codes for you.
