Edit headings on Customer Statements

Hi,

 

How do we edit the text in the Customer Statement? 

It has a header on there which doenst make any form of sense and we need it updated.

'TOTAL DUE ENCLOSED'

Should say 'TOTAL BALANCE DUE' ???

 

Can you please update the template urgently or allow us to do this?

As of now, the ability to customise your forms is only available to invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. 

 

I can see how this feature would be beneficial to your business, I encourage you to send feedback directly to our Product Developer Team. They place a lot of value in the ideas provided by users, when deciding on how best to improve QuickBooks.

 

Here's how you can send feedback: 

  1. Click the Gear Icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Click Next and choose Feedback under Category option.
  4. Select Save.

 

You'll also want to run the Transactions List by Customer report if you only want to keep track of your customer's balance. Here's how:

  1. Click Reports on the left menu.
  2. On the search bar, type Transaction List by Customer.
  3. Select the Report period on the upper left.
  4. Click Run report.
