You can clear your browser's cache to resolve this. Once done, try to load the page once again. There are times that the browser you're using has information stored that's stopping or causing the error.

I recommend using a private browser or an incognito window when trying to load the page. Then, you may clear the cache in the one that you're currently using if it works.

Here’s how:

• For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
• For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
• For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.

If it works, here's how to delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser. 

You can also proceed by using other browsers like Chrome, Safari, Edge and the like if the steps above didn’t work.
