Email has stoped sending ?

Quickbooks for some reason has dropped the email link.
Reports and invoice are not being sent.
I tried to edit the reports for example as advised on help but the next step does not happen , nothing to allow an edit??

Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community, Gaselecman. Let's perform troubleshooting steps to ensure you can send email in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can still edit/customize reports in QuickBooks Online, as well as email them including invoices. Since you're unable to send reports and sales entries via email, a full cache of history and temp files might be the cause of unexpected behaviors. I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. Then, try to send an email from there. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.

 

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:

 

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

 

If it works in incognito, you'll have to clear the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.
