Employee Uploaded Invoices

Hi There,

 

We are a Hospitality SME and operate over a physical location and multiple event bars across the UK.

 

We have a number of employees, some of which have the authority to invoice customers/make payments on behalf of the business.

 

Those employees do not need full access to QB and shouldn't have! Is it possible to provide a login to someone where they can upload invoices/bills and/or invoice a client but not see anything else within QB? Something similar to Dext, however, it can be quite pricy for what it is actually doing.

 

If this is not possible, can I make a feature request?

Hi LouieBlackman, thanks for joining the Community - only QuickBooks Users (not employees) have the ability to access the company file to post transactions, we'd be grateful if you could submit feedback for further user types by navigating to the Cog > Feedback within your account, this way it'll be submitted to our developers who regularly review the requests 🙂
