In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps. A browser-related issue or an outdated cache may be causing QBO not to load properly. Let's start by opening your account in a private window to address this. This will allow QBO to start with a clean slate. Here are some keyboard shortcuts to access an incognito window on supported browsers:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P
   

After successfully logging in to your company using the private window, go ahead and enter a new transaction. If it works smoothly, I suggest clearing the cache on your regular browser to clear any outdated files. Alternatively, you can also use other supported browsers.
