Error 590 with coop accounts

I havent been able to connect my Coop account with QB for weeks - I get error 590 - is anyone else getting this?

There is an ongoing investigation about the error 590 with Co-operative bank, @info-daisyscoffe.

 

Our engineering team is doing its best to fix this issue. 

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions using CSV files.

 

While waiting for the resolution, I recommend reaching support team on chat. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users, and you'll receive an email notification once an update is available.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online, then click the Help (?) icon.
  2. Choose either tab to get started: Assistant or Talk to Human.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Click Start a chat with a support expert or Get a callback from the next available expert.
