Thanks for coming to the Community for your concern, @nconnors-live-co. I've checked our records but haven't found any investigations related to your situation. 

 

It can be a browser-related problem that can be resolved by performing some troubleshooting steps to rule it out.

 

First off, let's open your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private browser. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

 

 

Then, sign in to your QuickBooks Online account. If you can make a payment without receiving the error, go back to your regular browser, and clear its cache to fix certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. It also helps pages to load faster.

 

Restart your browser to update the settings. If the issue persists, use a different supported browser.
