error on import of suppliers opening balance says The value is out of range

Hi whitecrestproduc, thanks for joining us on the Community - are all values entered as a positive balance and set to 2 decimal places? For troubleshooting purposes, we'd also be grateful if you could attempt the import via an incognito/private browsing window - you can press Ctrl-Shift-N to open this on Chrome or MS Edge. 🙂
