Hello @ceaser-ds-gmail-,

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I can help you link your Tide bank account in QuickBooks Online.

Banking error 572 usually occurs when there's an issue when linking the account. It's a result of the Oauth (an open standard for authentication) connection.

You can perform some basic troubleshooting to isolate and fix the issue. Please start by accessing your account through your browser.

This way, we can refresh the connection and check if the error will still show up. Here's how:

  1. Open a supported browser like Chrome.
  2. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  3. Choose the company name.
  4. On the left navigation bar, click Banking.
  5. Link your bank account again.

If the error persists, please proceed with the troubleshooting. Log in to your bank's website and check if there is any notification or pop-up that requires your approval.

Also, please make sure you're entering the necessary banking information in QuickBooks. When linking the account, enter the primary login for the bank access.

Additionally, I've attached a link you can use as a reference on how to fix banking errors that prevents you from downloading transactions automatically: Open Banking connection errors.

Fill me in if the error persists when linking the bank account. I'm always here to help. Take care.
