Error when sending or saving invoices both in app and in browser. App error code is "Server Error" "500". Browser says "something went wrong".

If you're using the browser, then let's do some troubleshooting steps to rule out any browser-related issues.

To start, open an incognito or private browser. This mode will not store the cache and cookies. Next, go to https://qbo.intuit.com and log in to your account.

Once logged in, try saving or sending an invoice. If it works, your final step is to clear the cache in your regular browser. This helps freshen up the browser settings.

As an alternate solution, try using a different browser. 

For using the mobile app, just make sure you have the updated version.
