Let me help share some information about how QuickBooks Online works when sending sales forms to your customers.

Currently, the Estimate doesn’t have the Activities section which will show when the estimate is sent, and when the customer viewed it.

For now the Activities section found at the bottom of the transaction is available when you open an Invoice.
