Every time I open the app I get “unexpected error. Query processing error: an unexpected failure occurred” how do I get rid of this?

There were a few reports about this behavior, but we couldn't get more details from the reporting users. As a result, our engineers couldn't check this further as well.

I would recommend contacting our Support team, so they can get details from you in a more secure environment. In the meantime, you can sign in to your account using a web browser while waiting for the fix.

About resetting or clearing the app data, you'll no longer need to do that because you've already reinstalled the app.
