Question

For the last month all my data has disappeared from the app(pc fine). The only two things I can do is partially put an expense in and log mileage that’s it.

Before we proceed, please know that the application collects temporary data called cache that can affect your experience when using the program. Thus, too many of these temporary data can also affect the application's behavior.
 
To address this situation, we recommend clearing the app's current data to restore it to its default use. We'll write down the steps below to get you going. If you're using iOS device, these are the steps:
 
  1. Access your device and proceed to your phone's settings.
  2. Click General, then select iPhone Storage.
  3. Select QuickBooks Online from the list of application.
  4. Click Offload App to free up the storage without getting rid of the documents and data for the app.

You can also uninstall and reinstall the app and ensure the mobile application is updated.
