We appreciate your patience while we're working on this issue. Keep safe always!
Hi Adrian_A, I have found my journal entries, they were imported from my desktop,
I click New+
then journal entry (journal was showing entry No.1)
In the top left hand corner there is a little clock with an arrow around it, I click this icon and can view my previous entries here (as there is already a No.1 entry when payroll was trying to export to quickbooks it was trying to use No.1, hence this why it would not work.)
I then found the last entry number used in my previous journals which was No.219
I then created a dummy journal entry using No.220
Now when I exported the payroll to quickbooks it used N0.221 and the export worked.
Just thought I would put this on here in case anyone else had the same problem!
