We need to allocate inventory , so when a customer orders it is taken off stock , NOT when it is invoiced . Also we need to process partial customer orders .  The SOS Inventory app would do this but if qb are going to get these functions in the near future we would wait for them .

 

Why do QB NOT tell us where they are going with the online software ???

It is not possible to to debit the stock amount until the invoice is created.

In relation to processing partial customer orders there is, available on the plus product, the progressive invoicing feature which enables you to create an overall estimate it and process parts of the estimate, when the customer accepts them, into invoices.

Our product are constantly evolving and to assist us with your requirements, and hopefully get them implemented, we encourage you to leave feedback from within the product.

NASA has a plan to go to MARS and i bet if you got in touch they could give an outline of what they are doing and when ! Not that they are evolving systems and might do something sometime .

 

We would like to know wether QB are going to get Advanced Inventory and Pricing , as per QB Enterprise  , available online , or do we need to look for another platform .
