gas engineer software integration

hi i have been using gas engineer software to do all my invoicing and paperwork.  i have recently integrated quickbooks to the account. the issue i am having is when i use my laptop it doesn't show the outstanding invoices i have sent. it is tracking my bank account and all the other things it should do i just can not get it to find my invoices. if i click the invoice tab it directs me to send invoices out via quickbooks.

if i use the quickbook app on my phone it shows the outstanding invoices, do you have any suggestons on how to fix this.
