Get QuickBooks Desktop ProAdvisor Badge

Hello,

 

I recently completed the ProAdvisor certification - both Desktop and Online. For Online, I can see and download the certificate and badge from QBOA under ProAdvisor. For Desktop, I was able to download the certificate upon completing the exam but there was no badge. There is also no desktop certification tab/training link on my QBOA.

 

My question: How do I access the Desktop ProAdvisor badge?

The instructions provided above is for QuickBooks Online. I would recommend contacting our phone support representatives directly. This way, they can help you view your profile and assist you in downloading the QuickBooks Desktop ProAdvisor.

 

Here's how to get support:

  1. Go to your QuickBooks Home page, then click the Help menu at the top.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help from the drop-down.
  3. Hit the Contact us icon.

I have just the steps you'll need to download your ProAdvisor badge.

 

  1. In your account, go to ProAdvisor from the left menu.
  2. Select the Training tab.
  3. On the appropriate exam card, select Download Badge from the drop-down list.

With these steps, you'll be able to access and add the badge to your email signature or marketing materials. I've added these awesome articles that I'm sure you'll find helpful. It has answers to commonly asked questions about the QuickBooks certification and members' guide.

I have previously followed the steps you gave to access the badge for "Online ProAdvisor".

 

My question was for "Desktop ProAdvisor" badge. There is no exam card for that and I took the certification via a link provided by intuit training.

 

I would appreciate suggestions. Thanks.
