Getting a copy invoice from Intuit

Hi, how do I get in contact with Intuit to get a copy of one of my monthly subscription invoices which I never received ??  Thanks

I'll help you determine why you haven't received the email and help you where to view them, AlisonC.

 

Only the Primary Admin of your QuickBooks account can receive an email from Intuit. Let's ensure that you log in as the Primary admin and that the email address is accurate or associated with your account.

 

If you are the Company Admin and the email is accurate, and you still haven't received an email detailing your monthly subscription, please contact our billing support team to check your account and determine why you aren't receiving email invoices. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Help, and select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  4. Sign in to your Intuit account, select Continue, and then Continue with my account.
  5. Select to chat with us or Have us call you.

 

Further, signing into CAMPs will allow you to view all of the charges that have been applied to your account for the last two years, and you can print them. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com
  2. Select View your transaction history.
  3. From the Time Period drop-down menu, select a date range of transactions. Note: You can select transactions from the past two years.
  4. Find the order you need, then select the order number to see order details.
  5. To print the transaction list, select Print this page.
