Has anyone has problems trying to link their bank account. I do the authentication number which it accepts and then the page doesn't load or comes up with an error message?

Help has arrived, h-joanne-hotmail. I'm determined to ensure you're able to link your bank account to QuickBooks.

May I know what specific error message you've encountered and the name of the financial institution you're trying to link to QuickBooks? Any additional details will help us further investigate the main cause of this. Sharing a screenshot would be a great help, too.

In the meantime, I'd suggest logging into your bank's website to review if there are banking alerts that need your attention.

1. Log in to your financial institution's website.
2. Review your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts. 
3. Check your bank’s website for any announcements.

If there's none, I'd recommend accessing your QuickBooks Self-Employed account via a private browser. This is a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser. 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

Once signed in, link your bank account to QuickBooks. If you're able to do so, let's clear the browser's cache. This improves the performance of the program and prevents unexpected behavior.

If private browsing doesn't work, I encourage using different browsers. They'll provide you the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
