Have a bank connection issue so I go through the process of renewing it and it all works then when I go back to quick books it still says bank connection issue and now my recent transactions aren’t showing. I have tried deleting and re downloading th

Thank you for letting us know that you already tried deleting the reinstalling the app. 

 

There are times that too much data in the mobile app can cause issues when performing a specific task. This might be the reason why you're unable to sync your data from the web to your mobile app. I'll share some steps that can resolve data issues when using the QBSE mobile app. 

 

First, make sure to update to the latest version of Android or the latest version of iOS (the app needs iOS 12.2 or later to work properly).

 

Then, update the mobile app using the steps in these articles: 

 

 

Once done, log back in and click the Refresh button. Then, check if new transactions are being downloaded. You can also reach out to our chat and phone support teams just in case the issue remains. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Assistant icon in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Select See examples and type in Talk to a human again.
  4. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  5. Select between Send a messageSchedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
