having trouble doing invoices on laptop .wont send but will from a mobile phone . Any suggestions as support are closed at weekends. Not good if trying to run a businesss

This behavior is often caused by a large file of cache on your browse. To confirm, let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser.

 

Follow these keyboard shortcuts to start an incognito session:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Then try creating an invoice and see if it works. If it does, you may want to clear the browsing history of your regular web browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. If not, try using other supported browsers to be thorough.
