Hello there, info-slateandcla

I can share some information to ensure your bank is successfully connected to QuickBooks Online.

Before we start, did you encounter or receive any error codes or messages when attempting to link your Revolut account?

First, let's make sure all the steps you made to connect your bank account are correct.

To connect a bank account:

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Choose the Bank transactions tab.
  3. Click on Connect account. If you’ve already connected an account, select Link account to add a new one.
  4. Select your bank and hit Let’s go.
  5. Read through the terms and conditions, then Agree.
  6. Click on Sign in and enter your online banking credentials. Then, follow the steps to connect to your bank. Your bank may require additional security checks and may take a few minutes to connect.
  7. Select the account you want to share with QuickBooks, such as savings, checking, or credit card.
  8. Choose an account type that matches your chart of accounts. If you don’t see the correct account type, click + Add new.

For more information on this process and other ways to connect your bank from your chart of accounts, see this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Otherwise, if you encounter an error message while attempting to connect your bank account, please refer to this link to resolve any banking errors: Fix bank errors in QuickBooks Online.
