Hello all, can't refresh data after login. Error 132, 4002.

Have reloaded app and cleared all browser cashes etc. Sign in to account no problem just doesn't load information.

I'll share another set of steps to fix the error you're currently experiencing in your QuickBooks app, docmcv1-msn-com.

 

Start by clearing you app data. There are two to clear and remove cached data. First is through the QuickBooks Online app itself. Here's how you can do this if you're using an Android device:

 

  1. Go to More Options ⋮,
  2. Select Settings, then tap Refresh Data,
  3. Tap Yes.

 

If you have iOS, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰
  2. Select Help & Feedback, then tap Refresh Data,
  3. Tap Refresh.
