Hello - I am with Nationwide and every 90 days the connection expires. when I renew the connection all my bank charges download again and I spend ages checking and "excluding" them - How do I ensure this does not keep happening? Thank you

So sometimes when you do the reconnection it creates a new account instead of renewing the account you already have in. What we would suggest you do next time this happens is to contact us on Twitter or Facebook - links are below with a direct/private message with your email address linked to your account and the issue and we can have a look into this for you before you start categorizing the transaction all over again.
