Hello! The automatic recall to pre-fill forms with previously entered information is not working.. I've logged out, switched browsers and re-set the settings but no joy!

I can see that you've been through a lot already. I'm here to share some information about the Pre-fill forms in QuickBooks Online(QBO). 

This option will only pre-fill information, like the vendor's name, products or items, and description you've previously entered. If the system doesn't copy the last information created, even if the automatic pre-fill preference is enabled, you'll need to do some troubleshooting steps.

Unexpected issues in QBO are most of the time affected by the large data in the cache. This is because the regular browser will constantly accumulate data and will not remove its history automatically.

I recommend opening your account in a private window, here's how:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh.   

If the issue still persists, I recommend reaching to our Customer Care Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue.

Here's how:

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
5. Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
