Thank you for bringing the broken link issue to our attention, @Annabel3. 

 

We would like to inform you that the option to import sales form templates in QuickBooks Online has been phased out and is no longer available. 

 

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Custom form styles.
  2. Click New style.
  3. Select a sales form type you want to create a template for.

 

For more info about personalising and adding specific info to your sales forms, you may check out this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can also look for a third-party app that would help import custom templates into the program. Simply go to the Apps menu and search for the app.
