Look no further, @Splicerman6061.

May I know the specific bank you're having problems with? That information can help me find a timely solution. Also, I suggest reaching out to your bank to check if they having any maintenance updates. In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. Here's how:

  1. To start, let's confirm that your bank's sign-in info is correct.
  2. Open a new window in your web browser and go directly to your bank’s website.
  3. Sign in with the user ID and password you have.
  4. If you sign in successfully, then you know the user ID and password are correct. If you get a sign-in error, follow your bank’s instructions to get your user ID, reset your password, or both.

Once confirmed, sign in to your bank account in QuickBooks:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Bank accounts.
  2. From the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then select Continue. If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another
  3. Type the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
  4. Hit Connect securely.

For your reference, please see this article: Get help if you can't sign in to your account.

Also, uploading bank transactions from your bank to QuickBooks is a breeze. For the detailed guide, head to the Manually import transactions page at this link.

Once transactions are in, you'll now need to categorise and match them in QuickBooks.

Fill me in if you have further questions about logging in to your business accounts in QuickBooks. I'm just a post away and willing to help you in any way I can. Have a great day ahead.
