Hello darrenharmerwray,

If the sent data were customer-related transactions, we can go to the Sales Transactions page and add the Email column. This'll display the email addresses used on every transaction.

  1. Select Sales on the left menu and go to the All Sales tab.
  2. Click the small gear icon in above the ACTION column.
  3. Mark the Email box.
  4. Use the filters if necessary.

Sent transactions will show as (Sent) in the STATUS column.

Emailed transactions will also show in the Audit Log

If the sent data were reports (P&L,Balance Sheet, etc.), we won't be able to trace them. The next time you send reports, you can CC yourself:

  1. Open a report and click the Email option (envelop icon).
  2. Select the Email button and enter the recipient.
  3. In the CC field, enter your own or company email address.
  4. Click Send.

You might also want to know on how to set up a memorized report:

If I haven't mentioned the data you sent, please let me know. I'll be here to help you more.
