Hi does anyone know how I can download a submitted vat return please?

Let's download the VAT return you've submitted, nigelking1967.

All we have to do is click the View return link on the Returns tab. I'll show you how:

1. From the Taxes tab, select VAT.
2. Go to the Returns tab.
3. Locate the return to be downloaded and click View return.
4. Click Print at the bottom.
5. In the Destination drop-down, select Save as PDF.
6. Click Save.
7. Locate where you want to save it and then enter a File name.
8. Click Save.

If you have marked your VAT as filed in QuickBooks, you're good to close the books. It helps protect the transactions in the quarter you just filed.
