The mileage tracking feature is still available in the mobile app for Android, garyangus.

Let's make sure your phone’s location permissions are set to “Allow all the time” and physical activity permission to “Allow”.

You can also log out, then log back in to check if that would let you see the option again. Just tap the More Options ⋮ menu and select Sign Out.

Once logged back in, make sure that the auto-tracking setting is turned on. Here's how:

1. Tap Mileage.
2. Tap Auto-tracking, then toggle Auto-tracking on.
