Hi, how can i download a p45? i changed browser but it is still not working... please help

You'll want to use Google Chrome browser to download the P45 as this the recommended browser that works best with QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, if you already use Chrome and the issue persists, I recommend using other supported browsers.

Once there, open your QBO account and download the P45 form. Let me guide you how to do it:

1. Go to the Employees menu.
2. Select the Employees tab.
3. Search for the employee then click it.
4. Go to the Documents tab.
5. Then download the P45.
